knitonthenet operates a fair trading policy, ensuring that anyone who purchases something from us is entirely happy and satisfied with their purchase.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days, and we will refund the purchase price (less postage and packing costs). Please advise us by email of your intention to return a product, giving full order details. Enclose a copy of your email in your return package. If a purchase is being returned due to a fault or error on our part, then postage and packing will also be refunded.

Please note, books that have been personally dedicated at your request are thoroughly inspected by us for any defects before despatch. These purchases can therefore not be returned.

Returns should be sent by a secure, insured method requiring a signature on delivery. Items should be returned where ever possible in the original packaging or similar, offering adequate protection. It is your responsibility and no refund can be given for the costs of this. If the goods are returned in any other manner and we do not receive them, we will not be able to make a refund.

Delivery Policy

We accept worldwide orders.

Generally orders will be dispatched within 7 days*. However in the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you with a date of dispatch or suggest an alternative.
*Items on pre order will be despatched as soon as they become available.

Goods can be shipped to all parts of the world.

Postage and packaging is charged at a flat fee of £3.00 for first book ordered and subsequent items free of charge, worldwide. Goods despatched within the UK are sent by courier and a signature is required on delivery

Taxable items have 15% VAT (sales tax) added. For customers purchasing outside the EC, tax will be deducted at checkout.

We collect information about you when you order from us. At this point you will be asked to complete your personal address details. You may however, visit the store anonymously.
